Two new degrees are offered in the graduate program of PBTS, namely the Master of Arts in Theology (MAT) and the Master in Pastoral Ministry (MPM).
The Master of Arts in Theology is geared towards preparing individuals for a possible vocation in teaching, research, academia, and further studies in theology. The final requirement for the MAT degree is a thesis and a published article in a journal.
The MPM is designed to prepare individuals for a possible vocation in pastoral work, particularly but not limited to the local church. The final requirement for the MPM is a capstone project.
Both degrees amount to 36 units and 12 units of bridging courses.
