Dr. Hyeok Seon “Will” Kwon is a missionary to the Philippines for 26 years. He is teaching missions courses in PBTS including: Contemporary Issues in Missions and Strategic Planning and Missionary Philosophy in Missions. Dr. Kwon is also serving as director of Asia-Vision Short Term Missions (AVSTM). The AVSTM is a ministry aimed at sending short-term (and later–long term) missionaries all over Asia. Dr. Kwon is married to Mrs. Eun-Soon Yoon.
