Bethel was born in Manila and was raised in Laoag City, Philippines. Her research interests are in Epistemology, Discipleship & Human Development, Christian education, Cross-cultural Education, and Biblical Counseling. Bethel is the full-time Soul Care Director at Graceland Church in New Albany, IN and the part-time Coordinator for the Christian Psychology Institute. Her and her husband Kevin lives in Louisville, KY.
